by netflix Do not seek was watched by 3.1 million U.S. households over the statutory holiday weekend (Dec. 24-26), according to new data from Samba TV.

The film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, and Meryl Streep, follows astronomers on a media tour to warn the planet of an approaching comet. It started airing on December 24.

Among viewers of the film in the 25 largest markets, Portland, Oregon, is the most over-indexed (+ 61%), followed by Seattle (+ 50%) and Boston (+ 44%).

Meanwhile, 2 million American households watched the latest Disney + animated film Encanto Over the same weekend, viewers in Sacramento, Calif., over-indexing the most (+ 58%), followed by Seattle (+ 36%) and Los Angeles (+ 30%). Households with younger viewers (0-19 years), female viewers (+ 9%) and Hispanic viewers (+ 64%) over-indexed compared to the United States as a whole. The film, about an amazing family who lives hidden in the mountains of Colombia, also began airing on Christmas Eve.
