Manufacturers, electronics engineers, and hobbyists interested in building their own robotic arm similar to those featured in the Iron Man movies, albeit on a much smaller scale. Maybe interested in a new Kickstarter campaign created by Los Angeles based Joshua Belofsky. The project includes a robotic helping hand with a real-time stabilization platform to automate the manipulation and articulation of your PCBs while soldering. Watch the video below for an overview of the project.
Special priced advance pledges are now available for the Inventive Project starting at around $ 45 or £ 33 (according to current exchange rates). If the robotic arm campaign successfully achieves its required engagement goal and project completion goes smoothly, the worldwide shipment is expected to take place around September 2021. Find out more about the kit project robotic arm, watch the promotional video below.
âThe design and testing of the final version of the Robotic Helping Hand is complete. In fact, in July I have already shipped three kits to people in the US and UK. Hope this is a testament to the fact that I am fully able to fulfill all orders placed before the end of the campaign. Delivery to residents of the United States is typically 1 to 3 days, and 7 to 9 days for international orders. “
âBalancing my (first) Kickstarter project with my first year undergraduate life has been fun and passionate, but nonetheless time consuming and strewn with obstacles. Your support not only helps me financially, but also serves as an inspiration towards what might be possible if I continue to incorporate my passion for robotics and aesthetics to deliver something that improves people’s lives. Thank you!”
