Global Gadgets celebrates its 24th anniversary

Gurvinder Singh and Gurjeet Singh, Founders and Directors of Global Gadgets, went out of their way to celebrate the 24th anniversary of their first Global Gadgets business on the store premises. 52-A Khan Market sported a bright and festive look, welcoming everyone. As the cake, snacks, and coffee circulated most of the day, people came to the busy high-end street on Saturday to congratulate and join in the merriment. Arleen Kaur and Shah Kaur, wives of Gurvinder and Gurjeet Singh, were the perfect hosts – elegant and pleasant, greeting everyone with warm smiles. In the presence of other pillars of the business world such as the president of the WSCC (World Sikh Chamber of Commerce), Dr Parmeet Singh Chadha, the event was a great success. Thinking back on the trip, Gurvinder Singh and Gurjeet Singh have every reason to be happy. Starting from simple backgrounds, the two worked day and night to make the company what it is today. They established the company in 1997 in Patel Nagar, called Global Communications, selling printers, fax machines, electronic typewriters, computers, etc. As the business grew, they moved to a larger showroom at Shankar Road in just 2 years. The company has progressed steadily and surely.

Global Communications has achieved many milestones, such as becoming one of the top priority Nokia dealers, opening offices in London, NY and HK. Celebrities, including Mr. Ratan Tata, become customers, buy a new showroom, research innovative high-end gadgets around the world, launch their e-commerce website, and win various awards. With no one to guide them, the 2 brothers did a wonderful job of making the company the “best electronics store in Delhi” on Google. I have always dreamed of being successful like any budding entrepreneur, I never thought we would have come this far. There is no doubt that hard work and determination is a prerequisite, but the love and support we have received from our supporters and customers has given us the will and the energy to keep going. And today, I would like to take the opportunity to thank each of our clients, friends and associates for their good wishes. Director Gurjeet Singh echoed the sentiments and said, “I’ve always had a passion for technology and Global Gadgets is the platform it feeds on. But nothing compares to the rush we get when a customer gives a good review. I think if you don’t treat the customer exceptionally well, they have little reason to come back. And it has always been mutual. We are therefore extremely grateful to all who have supported us and have been with us on this journey. “
